How to make the Master Cleanse Lemonade Drink
Make sure as you prepare your ingredients that you use organic lemons and organic B
grade maple syrup rather than the more common A grade. I also prefer to make sure my
filtered water is icy cold, it makes the lemonade more enjoyable.
Step 1
Make sure you have a glass large enough to take the 10oz of filtered water and all the
other ingredients. Pour 1/2 of the filtered water into the glass.
Step2
Add 2 table spoons of organic lemon juice.
Step3
Add 2 table spoons of organic grade B maple syrup
Step4
Add 1/10 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (The cayenne pepper is a
real concern for some people, but the lemonade is surprisingly tasty. The cayenne
pepper gives the lemonade a nice kick.)
Step5
Stir well, add the remaining filtered water and Enjoy!
This recipe is for a single serving of lemonade, and you should drink 6-12 servings a
day.
You can also make up a big batch by multiplying the recipe by however many servings you
plan on drinking, which is what I have done in the past. Just make sure you keep it
refrigerated, and don’t make more then one days supply because you want the lemonade to
be as fresh as possible when you drink it.
If you don’t like spicy drinks take two cayenne pepper capsules with each glass of lemonade
instead of mixing the ground cayenne pepper into the drink. You can find cayenne pepper
capsules at most health food and vitamin stores.
